Hire help for a day in Harare, with photo check-in
Post a shift on Instant Work with the date, hours, pay per worker and how many people you need, then pick from the workers who apply. On the day each worker checks in with a photo and GPS, you sign off when the work is done, and you pay a 10% fee on top while the worker keeps their full rate.

How do I hire someone for a day in Harare?
Post a shift on Instant Work: the title, date, start and end time, address, pay per worker and how many workers you need (1 to 50). Workers apply, you see their profiles and you select who comes. Categories include events, delivery, hospitality, trades and creative work.
How does photo check-in work?
When the worker arrives they check in with a photo from the phone's rear camera and their GPS location. You get an email saying they checked in and how far they are from your map pin. Check-out takes a photo too, and once they tap I'm on my way you can watch them come on the map.
What does it cost?
You pay the workers' rates plus a 10% platform fee, shown as its own line. The worker keeps their full rate. Two workers at US$25 is US$50.00 pay plus US$5.00 fee, so US$55.00. Posting a shift is free.
How do I pay the worker?
You fund the job through Beautiful Zimbabwe and the worker's full rate is released when you sign off. Card and EcoCash funding are being switched on; until then the job shows "Not funded yet" and nothing is held.
What can I see before I choose?
Each applicant's photo, skills, years of experience, qualifications, availability, sample work pictures and star ratings ("New" until their first rating). Qualifications and certificates are listed by the worker and not checked by Beautiful Zimbabwe.
Are the workers ID-checked?
Not by default. A worker can send an ID photo for our team to check by hand, and only a worker we have approved shows "ID checked by our team". Every check-in is recorded with a photo and GPS, and you rate each other after the shift.
