Short-term work and shifts in Harare

Instant Work lists shifts and gigs posted by hirers in Zimbabwe. You apply, the hirer picks you, you check in with GPS and a photo, and the hirer signs off. Your full rate is never cut: the hirer pays a 10% fee on top, and card and EcoCash funding for jobs are being switched on.

How do I find short-term work in Harare?

Open Instant Work and apply to a shift. The hirer sees your profile and picks from the applicants. Selections and check-in instructions appear under My Shifts.

When do I get paid?

The hirer funds the job through Beautiful Zimbabwe: your rate plus a 10% fee that the hirer pays, never taken from your pay. When the hirer signs off, your full rate goes to your Beautiful Zimbabwe wallet, or into the queue for EcoCash or bank, which our team sends. Card and EcoCash funding are being switched on; a job that says "Not funded yet" has nothing held.

What does it cost to post a shift?

Posting is free. To fund a job you pay the workers' rates plus a 10% platform fee, shown as its own line. Two workers at US$25 is US$50.00 pay plus US$5.00 fee, so US$55.00. Cancel before anyone checks in and it comes back to you.

Can I get my ID checked?

Yes. Send a photo of your national ID or passport from your dashboard and our team checks it by hand. Once approved, your work passport shows "ID checked by our team". Skills and certificates are listed by you and not checked by us.

What if there is a dispute?

Open a ticket with your gig reference. That worker's share stays held until our team decides, using the record of the agreed rate, the GPS and photo check-in and the sign-off. If a worker does not show up, their share goes back to the hirer.
