Every BZ Food delivery order has its own tracking link: open it on any phone, with no account, to watch the driver on the map live, see the ETA and read the door code. Lost the link? Paste it, or its 32-character code, at beautifulzimbabwe.com/track.

Do I need an account to track a delivery?
No. Every BZ Food delivery order has its own tracking link. Open it on any phone or computer and you see the order without signing in.
What does the tracking page show?
The order steps (accepted, preparing, on the way, delivered), the driver on the map live while they hold your order, an ETA, and the door code for the customer or the person receiving.
I lost the tracking link. What now?
Go to beautifulzimbabwe.com/track and paste the link or its 32-character code. There is no lookup by order number or phone number, so nobody can guess their way into your order.
Can my family at home track an order I placed from abroad?
Yes. When you order for someone else, they get their own tracking link with the door code, and they read the code to the driver at the door.
What is the door code for?
The driver must enter the 4-digit door code to finish the delivery, so the food reaches the right person. Give it only when the order is in your hands.
How is the ETA worked out?
From the driver's last location and the road distance to your door, plus a few minutes for the handover. Before pickup it also allows for the kitchen's prep time. It is an estimate, not a promise.
