Paying from abroad: card or EcoCash
From abroad you will pay by card through Stripe, billed in US dollars, and family in Zimbabwe with EcoCash, OneMoney or InnBucks through Paynow. Both are being switched on; once they are, the money is held and released only after proof.
Can I pay with EcoCash from the UK or US?
Only if you have an EcoCash wallet. Most people abroad will pay by card: Visa, Mastercard or Amex through Stripe, billed in US dollars. Card and Paynow checkout (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks) are being switched on, and an option appears at checkout only once it works.
Can my family in Zimbabwe pay instead?
Yes, once Paynow is switched on. They can then pay the same order from Zimbabwe with EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks or a Zimbabwean bank card. It shows as paid only once Paynow confirms it.
Can you send money to an EcoCash number for me?
No. Beautiful Zimbabwe is not a remittance service. You pay for a shopper, a stay or a car, and that payment is held until proof.
When is the money released?
The review desk releases it after proof: the till receipt and handover photo or video for shopping, the check-out photos for a stay. There is no fixed payout day; most releases happen within 5 business days of the proof arriving.
How do refunds work?
Cancel from the order or booking page. The review desk decides on the proof trail and tells you in writing. Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with; Stripe refunds show in 5 to 10 business days.
